So I’m at the gym running on the treadmill. As usual it asks me to enter in some different data so in can calculate the number of calories I am burning. It begins, “How many minutes?” I type in my normal 240
. Next, “Your weight?” I tell it it is none of its business…and the same goes to you blog readers. Then, “How old are you?” I type in “35″ and it dawns on me, “This is the last time I’ll type in ‘35′ on the treadmill because……TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!
(just in case you had not yet been informed).

Sam, did you include the video clip to illustrate your fabulous running style?
“I type in my normal 240
. Next, “Your weight?” ”
I don’t think “Your weight?” is usually the next question. I think it is assuming you just entered your weight and is asking for you to confirm that.
