I’m Quitting the New York City Marathon

Well…I was going to run the New York City Marathon but I heard they are trying to ban the use of music(ipods, headphones, MP3 players, etc.).  I’m taking a stand RIGHT NOW!!  I will not let this injustice go on.  I hereby officially withdrawal from the race.  I WILL NOT be running in the 2007 New York City Marathon.  Thank you.  Tell all of your friends. :-)

  3. I think you should reconsider, Sam. I think they have you specifically in mind; your individual safety and victory. I mean, you’ll be in the lead, right? How will you hear anyone coming up behind you if you’re wearing headphones? How will you know you need to kick it up notch?
