  1. in 6 weeks of using the weight watchers points program I have lost 20 pounds. I sleep better (well despite a 13 month that gets up during the for a bottle) and seem to have more energy. Hey Sam how about having a group of people in the church try losing weight together like a support group?

  2. Dave, I thought of the same thing. But I wouldn’t know how to go about starting a group at church. It’s easier to lose when you have people to support you!
