Doug Harsch put together a butt-kicking video for our Sixth Night series that began this morning. We showed it as our introduction into the topic. I thought it was brilliant!!

Video From Sixth Night
Posted: September 7, 2008 in Living Stones Church, Preaching, vision, worshipGood friends, David & Sarah Wilson, came up from Nashville, TN to hang out with us for the weekend. David lived in South Bend back in the 90s and did A TON for our church in regards to working with teenagers back in the day. Kelly and I loved hanging out with him. David has a beautiful wife, Sarah, they are expecting their second child just about any day. Sarah loves college football (and knows more about it) more than any girl I’ve ever met. David…congratulations…and right on!!! Since returning from a trip to Africa where they spent six months working with kids living on the streets of Nairobi, they have been given a prophetic voice and perspective of possessions and global economies. David is now a lawyer in Nashville and teaches some courses on law and justice at David Lipscomb University.
We went to the Notre Dame game. Had a good day, but I got to say that the team didn’t look very good. It was a win…but barely. And we played SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY! Come on. Notre Dame did play better last half of 4th quarter so maybe that will be a sign of what is to come.
Here are some pictures of game day (I edited out all of the ones with Kelly inebriated and tailgating
)
