Spiders in the House

Posted: September 26, 2008 in Uncategorized

Is it just us, or after the rains the week before last – does anyone else have like a TON of spiders in their house?  Good grief…I’m tired of walking through spider webs!

This photo just gives me chills.

Yiou know what they say, “Everyone swallows an average of eight spiders in their sleep during their lifetime…”

    ewwwwwwwwwwwwww.

I’ve had spiders on the outside of my house something terrible this year! HUGE brown ones that sit there and stare at me while I’m unlocking my front door. I drowned one of their friends the other day. He fell in the shower, I jumped out until he went down the drain. I’m afraid they’re plotting revenge.

    That’s creepy!

That is a horrible picture, Sam. Ick.
And, yeah, we have a lot of spiders here. I never thought they were here from all that rain, but makes sense.
We just killed a huge brown spider in the den. It looked evil.

Looking at the photo gives me shivers up my spine. Not too many spiders, but crickets at our house.

  7. Karen H says:

We have a bunch of spiders on our porch and there are more than normal in our house. I woke up the other day with 2 spider bites on my arm. Boy are they nasty!

  8. Lindsey says:

Can I tell a funny story about the crickets at our house?? I picked one up because Alex was freaking out over it hopping too close to him, and then, just before I tossed him outside on the porch, I pretended that I was going to toss him AT ALEX. He screamed like a little girl. I am not kidding. Lots o’ crickets at our house. :)

  9. alex says:

I didn’t scream like a little girl. It was a “man shriek,” get it right.

  10. Samson says:

    is that for real?

  11. The Bishop says:

Alex, I’ll pay for your therapy.
