The fourth message of our seven week series entitled, “Stories of Mercy & Grace” out of the Gospel of Luke is now on-line. In it we talk about Luke 15 (one of my favorite chapters of the Bible!!). We cover God’s preoccupation (as revealed in Jesus) with those who have wandered from him. You can find the message here.

Back to a more “feel good” episode. But it was a good episode.
I was touched by Ron & Mike’s brother, Max, when they both arrived home. It took a weird turn in regards to being excited about their weight loss but then realizing that in doing so they had left behind the brother. I liked Mike & Ron’s response to him. They should do a follow-up in a year with the whole family. I bet Biggest Loser fans would be pulling for all three of them.
Can we talk about the 1/2 marathon?! WOW! And congratulations to Tara, the true winner of the contest. Sione you did a good job…but Helen is an idiot. Tara lost $10,000 to Helen, the cookie monster!!
By the way, did anyone else think that others besides Helen ate the cookie? (did they just not say?)
Nice job Helen. Another reason why I want you to go.
And, once again, in heroic sacrifice, kudos to Cathy. What a lady. Here is what she said, “Parents always put their children before themselves, and Aubrey has become like a daughter to me.” So, she sacrificed herself (with even Kristen going along with her wishes). By the way…blue has just been dominated by black.
Hmmm…let’s think about this comment… “Parents always put their children before themselves…”
Let me see…it seems…wasn’t it just a few weeks ago…that another parent on the show had such an opportunity…and did what? Oh yea, I remember now…HELEN THREW HER OWN DAUGHTER OFF THE SHOW PROVING THAT SOME PARENTS DON’T ALWAYS PUT THEIR CHILDREN BEFORE THEMSELVES!!!!! (yes…I’m yelling
)
Cathy…good job. You looked good.
