Jesus said that those who would follow him could expect persecution and suffering.

Sometimes those trials come on us because of our faith in Jesus.  Sometimes they come because we asked for it.  God bless in discerning the two:

  5. Regular visits or not, Lindsey, Money Man Mike and Benny still crack me up. The “word is the thing is the word that is a thing” bit was almost too confusing for Abbott & Costello.
