The views and opinions on this blog belong exclusively to Sam Barrington. They do not, and are not, intended to represent, reflect, or characterize the leaders and/or members of the Living Stones Church. Nor are the rants of this page reflective of my wife, three children, any relative, or the entire Barrington ancestry. These are thoughts that I have at the moment I write (it is a blog after all) and therefore moments later could change. Please hold no one, other than myself, responsible for the contents therein. (my wife made me do this)
I just cannot believe there is even a question. Lee is a nice guy and a really good singer, but she *blew him out of the water* tonight. She’s really good.
To Sam I Am:
I don’t have a blog.
I’m not on “facebook.”
I’m not really sure what twitter is or if I’d ever want someone to do that to me.
But I do read your blog. So this morning I thought, “Hey, I’ll start using the comments section of Sam’s blog as my own personal blog or ‘facebook’ website. Sure the reach will be really limited. (Not everybody who reads Sam’s blog reads the comments.) And almost nobody who reads Sam’s blog (let alone his comments section) knows who I am. But, hey, it’s a start.”
So here I go.
Status: Day One. Right now I am at work, typing my first ‘post’ in my own personal blog contained in the comments section of Sam-I-Am’s blog on the world wide web. Come check me out!
David – “limited” “LIMITED!!” My friend, your path to fame and fortune is found here at Sam I Am with the millions of hits my blog gets daily (of course most of them are from my mother), but still…welcome to a whole new world!!! By way of advice…your first status posting is strong, but I would encourage you to use these things “…” as much as possible along with emoticons…PEOPLE LOVE THEM!!!
I would say: clearly, the voting population of American Idol (i.e., those with unlimited texting) is young and female… kind of like the studio audience seems to be every week.
That’s two years in a row that a good singer/performer won and an awesome one came in second.
I was so dissapointed for Crystal, and for Lee as well. Pray he doesn’t jump on the, “Hey, look at me!” train. Maybe Crystal’s theme song should be, I Will Survive!

I think it’s a given. I would say she rocks, but she’s more blues rock?

Clearly, America’s “certified” vote has been tampered with!!!
