Mrs. Jill VanDriessche, Principal of Monroe Primary Center, has contacted us asking if it were possible for the Living Stones Church to provide  sweatpants and t-shirts – sizes small, medium, large, & extra-large for the students at Monroe.

The answer:  YOU BET WE CAN!!

I know this is late, but our neighborhood public school is in need of help…AND THEY HAVE TURNED TO US!!!  That is such a big deal.  And it is such a unique relationship.  So…everyone…if you would…run to Wal-Mart, Target, etc. and buy them out of t-shirts and sweatpants…bring them with you on Sunday and let’s hand over ALOT of clothes for some kids that need it!!!

  1. A family says:

I stop tonight and get some things. It hummbles me greatly that they (she) would ask. How blessed are we that she knows we can handle it. I LOVE this church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Jim says:

Sam, my guess is that you were seriously trying to suppress a whoop when she called with this request.

  3. Tammy says:

Do we only have until this Sunday? Can we bring some next Sunday?

  4. eB says:

What in the wild world of renovation and diesel powered machinery is going on there?!?

  5. Ann says:

FYI: Meijer has their sweats 50% off.

    Thanks Lorinda for the info.

  6. Barney says:

    This is awesome!!!!
