Leftover Charoset

What do you do with a bunch of leftover charoset from a Passover Seder?  Make a Charoset pie!!  At least that is what Jennae Gee did and brought some in the office to share (with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).  Nice.

I’m as bi-polar in my thoughts about this as it gets.

One moment I think this is absolutely brilliant.  The next, I think this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

Regardless, congratulations Pastor Joe Nelms for getting people talking!

Here is what I know:

1.  If the UFC would like me to give an invocation before the fights, I have a special one in mind.

2.  If Pastor Nelms did not get sponsorships for this prayer, he should seek it out.

3.  I’ve seen Pastor Nelm’s wife.  She is smoking’ hot.  But not as smoking’ hot as mine. 🙂
